MEDIPEAU Inc. Launches ‘BARRICURE Aid Film’ at Korean Pediatric Society Conference > VLOG

MEDIPEAU Inc., a company specializing in atopic dermatitis treatments, introduced Korea’s first adhesive film-type wound dressing cream, ‘BARRICURE Aid Film’, at the 51st Autumn Conference of the Korean Pediatric Society held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas on September 14. The newly launched product has been approved as a medical device, making it eligible for insurance reimbursement, and attracted significant interest from pediatric healthcare professionals for its potential use in treating atopic dermatitis, minor burns, and pruritus in children.

‘BARRICURE Aid Film’ features MEDIPEAU’s proprietary MD-Hydro coating technology and a unique triple-layer structure. The cream layer, which directly contacts the skin, contains patented ingredients including DERMA-CLERA and MDmella, which help enhance skin recovery and regeneration. The natural cotton layer and the polyurethane protective layer work together to maintain long-lasting moisture, minimize irritation, and effectively protect the skin from external factors.

Healthcare professionals who visited the booth responded positively to the product’s combined moisturizing, skin barrier protection, and anti-scratching features.
